Work that can be understood
Use clear task expectations, visible status and a useful record of completion.
OUR STORY
Check Its Clean began with the everyday problems of running a cleaning company: communicating expectations, keeping track of the details and showing customers what was done.
You are taking care of a place someone depends on. The team needs to know what matters there. The customer needs to know the work was taken seriously.
We’re building Check Its Clean around that relationship. A place for plans, tasks, evidence and feedback, with enough structure to keep the important details from getting lost.
The long-term idea reaches beyond a company’s workday. People should be able to find cleaning services and organize personal chores with family, friends or roommates—without giving up one experience to use the other.
WHAT GUIDES THE PRODUCT
Use clear task expectations, visible status and a useful record of completion.
A company, its team and its customers should have the access their roles require. Household information belongs in its own space.
Planned features stay labeled as planned. Verification must describe what was actually checked.
Develop the product around the practical needs of cleaning companies and the people they serve.
Explore the product being built for the people doing the work—and the people counting on it.
