QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

The details,
without the guesswork.

What the product does, how access works and what we are still building.

Getting started

Can I sign up today?
The app is in an invite-only pilot. Public self-signup is not available. Access is arranged through a workspace invitation; there is no public account registration yet.
Is Check Its Clean a cleaning company?
Check Its Clean is the software platform. The cleaning-company workspace is separate from the platform operator. Service arrangements are made with the cleaning company providing the work.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?
Mobile experiences are in development. Public App Store and Google Play downloads are not available yet. Pilot build availability is handled separately.
What does it cost?
Public subscription plans and prices have not been announced. We will explain any applicable access terms before you agree to them. This website does not take payments.

Using the product

What can a cleaning company manage?
The current product includes customer and property records, work orders, checklist templates, recurring service plans, team roles, completion reports and approval-only invoices.
How do customers see completed work?
An authorized company member reviews and publishes a completion report. The appropriate customer members can then review the shared report, provide feedback and sign off.
Does a report prove the property is clean?
A report records task results and available evidence. It is not an independent inspection, insurance policy or guarantee of the quality of a cleaning service.
Can I collect payments in the app?
Not currently. The invoice workflow records approval; it does not collect payments. Payment and subscription scope are still being decided.
Can anyone in a company see everything?
Access depends on role and workspace membership. Company owners, operations managers, supervisors, technicians and customers have different permissions.

What’s coming

Can I search for cleaners or request a quote?
Provider search, shareable profiles, QR codes, tailored quote requests and booking are on the roadmap. They are not available in the current pilot.
Can my family or roommates share chores?
Personal households, chore assignment and recurring chores are planned. The intended experience lets a business owner keep personal household features in the same account.
Are providers automatically verified?
No. The planned provider profile and a credential verification badge are different things. Official-record matching and review need to be validated before launch. A badge must identify the specific check, not imply universal licensing or service quality.
Where will the service be available?
The initial product direction is United States focused. Nationwide discovery and jurisdiction coverage are not live today. International expansion is a later step.
